The Consciousness!!

A few weeks before I read a news in an online news paper. it was written by an Indian Hindu (I am using particularly the words) who is residing in a Muslim country for a job. One fine morning he found the glasses of his car broken and a note was pasted on it. Initially he was furious as it was a Muslim country. Just opposite to his house there was a mosque where (he used to think) many fanatic Muslims come. So he thought that it might be a part of the act of terrorizing him being an Indian Hindu. A contact number was written in the note with the words " contact as soon as possible". By reading the note he confirmed the doubt but contacted out of curiosity and was thinking to inform police. The person from other side of the phone initially apologized and said," Today morning I came to the mosque for my regular prayers. While returning due to some problem with back gear my car hit your car and the glasses were broken. It was early in the morning so I didn't want to disturb you. To pay you for the damage, I pasted a note and went away." This Indian Hindu asked him that why he did so because nobody has seen him while hitting. The person replied," How come nobody was seeing. Allah watches everything and if I will not be aware of Allah then what is the use of coming every early morning in the mosque for the prayer. How I will be able to pray Allah?" The Indian Hindu was impressed and wrote this incidence in the newspaper.

The consciousness of one's own deeds is the real one. This might be a "smaran" as well according to Kabir.
